I'm so impressed with St John! This kind of cutting-edge practice of public participation (including a physical space devoted to just that!) is just what the Planning and Design Centre was trying to launch in Halifax last year... before the City got in the way. As we recently saw at the consultation for the North Commons proposed plan, we're left to be satiated with a a 25-minute question period. I'm keen to see what results from this.
