Events Guide: Blooming Imaginations at the Bloomfield Centre

HALIFAX - Spring has sprung, the town's in full bloom and its time to head to the field — Bloomfield that is. In fitting with this season of new beginnings, the Imagine Bloomfield society will be holding their Annual General Meeting this evening at the Bloomfield Centre.
Birthed out of the need to maintain a community centre in the North End of Halifax that can serve the diverse needs of citizens, Imagine Bloomfield is a non-profit society working to preserve and enhance the Bloomfield Centre. They imagine Bloomfield as a dynamic, neighbourhood hub that includes space for arts, recreation, health, community services, commercial ventures and housing. Their vision includes adaptive reuse of the existing buildings, with a focus on green building and renovations.
Imagining Bloomfield is something that any and all members of the community are encouraged to do, why not start tonight?
WHAT: Imagine Bloomfield Annual General Meeting
WHERE: Multi purpose room at the Bloomfield Centre, 2786 Agricola
WHEN: Today - Wednesday May 19, 6-9 pm
HOW MUCH: If you want to join the society it's a 5$ membership free, if not, it's free... just bring your two cents!

Is there a site for the Bloomfield Centre or a guide for what activities go on there?
